Returns:

We understand you might need to return your ring. In this case, we offer refunds within 30 days of receipt for any unworn, unaltered, and non-customized items. There is a 20% restocking fee for the item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense. You will receive your refund once the returned item as arrived at our shop. Please make sure you place a tracking number on your return as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered returns. If you want to return a custom-made item, please contact us and we will work with you.

Size Exchanges:
We offer a hassle-free size exchange on your original order within 30 days of receipt on any unworn, unaltered, non-customized, and non-engraved ring. We charge a 20% restocking fee for the item that did not fit. This does NOT include a pre-paid return label to return the original ring back to us. You will need to return the original ring to our shop. Contact us to exchange your size and we will send you a sizing authorization form. The ring will need to be shipped to:

If this return is for a special occasion please make sure to let our customer service staff know so we can work with you to ensure you receive the new size in time for your occasion.


Cancellations:

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as we start work on your custom rings as soon as possible.

 

 

  • Customers are responsible to ship the original order back to our shop for resizing or returns and the costs associated with that return shipment.
